Supporting event - May 4th -Bloomsday Prolog / 50m Future Bloomies Fun Run

What is a Prolog? The prolog is a 1km time trial that helps to determine the starting grid for the elite wheelchair racers. It is also a great community event where athletes of all ages can interact with the elite field and get to know the competitors. Many "Future Bloomies" who aren't quite up for the full course will race the Prolog.

What is the 50m Future Bloomies Fun Run? 
It is an awesome, FREE experience for those who are super excited to do a mini-race.
It is a 50m race for fun -no racing chair required, no previous training or experience required, just bring those smiles! All participants get a ribbon for finishing the race. 

The event takes place on the Centennial Trail just east of the Don Kardong Bridge (West of Cincinnati St. between the GU Law School and the Martin Center on GU Campus -see map below). For the exact location of the Prolog & Future Bloomies 50m Race's -click here
