Thank you for visiting ParaSport Spokane.
We love that you've decided to take a look at what we do. Although our site is not 100% accessible for those with vision impairment, we are trying our best to provide information and accommodations where we are capable and able within the confines of our website and the time of our staff.
At ParaSport Spokane, we offer sport and recreation for persons with physical disabilities and vision impairments.
The five sport & recreation programs that we currently offer that may be of interest to you are:
Strength & Conditioning (every Tuesday at 6:15pm at ParaSport Spokane)
Track & Field (contact us for more details)
Swimming (Thursday at 5pm / Sunday 1:30pm at the Valley YMCA)
Futures Play Group (for participants under 7 years of age, Saturdays from 9am to 9:45am at ParaSport Spokane)

Although we have a number of athletes who are high performers, we have a large participation base of athletes who are seeking to be recreational and improve their general health and well-being through sport and recreation.
