Two current, and three ParaSport Spokane alumni are heading to the Tokyo Paralympic Games! 

Jaleen Roberts -T37, Long Jump, 100m, 200m. Roberts has been training with ParaSport Spokane under coach David Greig since 2017. Is an EWU Education student pursuing a career in teaching. She is currently the #1 ranked female long jumper in her classification in the world this year. Is also ranked 3rd in the 100m and 200m. A 5x world championship medallist, his is Jaleen’s first Paralympic Games Team. 
 
Hannah Dederick -T54, 100m, 400m. Has trained with ParaSport Spokane wheelchair racing coach Teresa Skinner since 2016. Dederick is currently the #2 ranked female wheelchair racer in the 100m in the world this year and #4 in the 400m. She is a recent graduate of Central Valley High School. Hannah is attending the University of Illinois in the fall. A multiple world junior champion, this will be Hannah’s first Paralympic Games team.

The Cheney HS Grad is Currently attending the University of Illinois. 
 
Chelsea McClammer T53, 400m, 800m
The Richland Grad trains with the University of Illinois 
 
Susannah Scaroni T54, Marathon, 800m, 1500m, 5000m 
The Tekoa Grad, and multi-time Bloomsday champion, is doing a masters degree at the University of Illinois.
 
The Tokyo Paralympic Games will follow the Olympic Games August 24-Sept 5and will receive unprecedented coverage via NBC and affiliate broadcasting channels.
