We are glad you are here!

Thank you for visiting ParaSport Spokane.

We love that you've decided to take a look at what we do. Although our site is not 100% accessible for those with vision impairment, we are trying our best to provide information and accommodations where we are capable and able with the confines of our website and time of our volunteer staff.

At ParaSport Spokane, we offer sport and recreation for persons with physical disabilities and vision impairments.
The five sport & recreation programs that we currently offer that may be of interest to you are:
Strength & Conditioning (every Tuesday at 6:15pm at ParaSport Spokane)
Track & Field (contact us for more details)
Swimming (Thursday at 5pm / Sunday 1:30pm -at the Valley YMCA)
Futures Play Group -for participants under 7 years of age -Saturdays from 9am-9:45 at ParaSport Spokane)
Women's Leadership group (contact us for more details)

Although we have a number of athletes who are high performers, we have a large participation base of athletes who are seeking to be recreational and improve their general health and well-being through sport and recreation. Our staff have worked with athletes with vision impairments for over 20 years at all levels of the Paralympic sport system and seek to provide a welcoming and growth focused program.

We would love to meet you!
Drop Teresa Skinner an email at [email protected] to find out more!
